Rationale
The RAMSES User Meeting 2026 aims to bring together the rapidly growing community of scientists who rely on RAMSES
and its ecosystem of modules to study frontier problems in cosmology, galaxy formation, and computational astrophysics.
As the code base continues to expand in radiative transfer, MHD, cosmic rays, star-formation and feedback models,
and exascale-oriented frameworks, the community benefits from a dedicated forum where users
and developers can share technical expertise, discuss best practices, and coordinate future directions.
The meeting offers an opportunity to present new scientific results based on RAMSES, exchange advances
in numerical methods and high-performance computing workflows, and identify common challenges that arise across
different research groups. It is also intended to support collaborative planning for future development, improvements
in documentation and training resources, and long-term code sustainability.
The meeting is open to all who are interested in RAMSES and its ongoing developments, and newcomers to
the community are especially welcome.
