December F2F Registration Open
Dear KAGRA colleagues,
The 36th KAGRA F2F meeting will be held from December 15 (Mon) to 17 (Wed), 2025, at Lee-Yun Jae Hall, Room B101, Sinchon Campus, Yonsei University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, and registration is now open.

The registration deadline is 20 November 2025.
If you need a visa to enter Korea, please register as soon as possible and indicate it in the form.
For visa-related inquiries, please contact Sumin Lee (lee.sumin@yonsei.ac.kr).
The visa application process usually takes about one month.
Zoom links will be provided only to registered participants.
For those who have recently moved to a different institution, you are kindly requested to give a short presentation during the meeting.
We will also host a poster session, and a poster award will be presented.
If you would like to organize a special session (e.g., on a specific topic or as a satellite session), please notify the KSC board at kscboard@icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp by Nov 20.
During this face-to-face meeting, we will host a thesis presentation session.
As part of the publication approval process in KAGRA, each student collaborator planning to submit their thesis or doctoral dissertation related to KAGRA by March 2026 is required to give a presentation on their research topic.
