** REGISTRATION FOR EAVW2025 **

** Registration deadline: 2025 September 15 **

This is a gentle reminder about the 16th East Asian VLBI Workshop (EAVW2025). You can register for EAVW2025 via the following workshop website:

Please note that no registration fee for EAVW2025 is offered to all registered participants. The workshop organizer will provide a banquet, tea, and light refreshments. Participants shall cover dining (except the banquet) and accommodation themselves. Please visit 'Registration' page of the EAVW2025 website to complete the registration for participation of EAVW2025.

** ACCOMMODATION **

Phoenix Park, the venue for EAVW2025, offers the participants accommodations with special rates in case that you have completed full registration to EAVW2025 no later than the registration deadline (September 15). We thus recommend staying at the venue for your convenience and to derive full benefit.

Please also refer to the Phoenix Park website for gathering information on the facility, dining, shopping, etc. of the venue.

The LOC asks participants to make a hotel reservation via the EAVW2025 website (not the Phoenix Park website) to apply the special rate for your stay. Please visit 'Venue & Accommodation' page of the EAVW2025 website to complete the hotel reservation.

** VISA ISSUANCE **

Those who require visa to visit Korea are asked to complete registration as soon as possible, but no later than the deadline (September 15) to allow time for the EAVW2025 organizer to prepare an invitation letter. Details of the invitation letter issuance will be informed to each participant individually.
