Dear Colleagues,
We are writing to announce the opening of the registration for Line
Intensity Mapping 2025 (LIM25) conference, which will take place from June
2–6, 2025, in
Laboratoire Annecy-le-Vieux de Physique Théorique (LAPTh) of CNRS in Annecy,
France.
The conference will start after lunch on June 2nd and will end at lunch on June
6th. In addition to invited talks, the program will feature contributed talks
and discussion sessions designed to delve into technical issues and foster
meaningful exchanges. We are particularly keen to highlight contributions from
early-career scientists.
We ask the interested participants to do a pre-registration on our
indico page,
https://indico.in2p3.fr/e/LIM25.
Once your registration is confirmed, you would be asked to finalize the
registration by paying the registration fee (150 Euros for students and 300
Euros otherwise) on AzurColloque website of CNRS, which will be set up in mid
March and you will receive a link to register and make the payment.
Please note the following deadlines:
March 21st: Abstract submission deadline. Later submissions may be
considered depending on the availability of slots.
May 10th: Registration closes.
We are able to provide financial support to a limited number of early-career
scientists. Please indicate on the registration form if you need support. For
application to visa, if you need an invitation letter, please get in touch with
us as early as possible.
We look forward to seeing many of you in Annecy this June for what promises to
be an exciting and fruitful meeting!
Best regards,
Azadeh Moradinezhad
