This session aims to explore elemental abundances and dynamic solar activity from the Sun's low atmosphere to the interplanetary space. In this context, the session will focus on the First Ionization Potential (FIP) and charge state of various elements, which play a crucial role in understanding the physical processes underlying solar activity. Furthermore, we will explore the elemental abundances of the solar wind and solar energetic particles (SEPs) in the interplanetary space. Investigating the abundances that link low solar atmospheric activity to solar wind and SEPs is crucial for understanding the source regions of the solar wind and SEPs and their implications for space weather. We invite submissions that investigate these topics through observations, theory, and numerical simulations, as well as those introducing new missions and mission concepts relevant to the session subject.
