This is a biennial international conference hosted by the Astronomy Department at SJTU and TDLI. The first one happened 4 years ago, shortly after which the pandemic started.

Now we are resuming this conference aiming to provide a friendly forum for updates and discussions on various aspects of cosmology, structure formation and galaxy formation. We hope this conference will bring people working on theory, simulations, data and facilities together, highlighting recent progresses, and more importantly, trigger some interesting collaboration projects.
