Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Extra-galactic Astronomy

 
Applications are invited for research fellow positions in galaxies and cosmology in the School of Physics, Korea Institute for Advanced Study (KIAS). Applicants are expected to have demonstrated exceptional research potential in their fields. The successful candidate will work with the members of KIAS astrophysics group on analytical, observational and numerical studies in astrophysics and observational cosmology. The research topic includes galaxy properties, galaxy formation, large-scale structure, and the cosmic microwave background radiation. The initial appointment will be for two years with the possibility of renewal for two additional years. Those interested are encouraged to contact Prof. Changbom Park (cbp@kias.re.kr).
