Korean astronomers to the 2012 IAU/GA |

The coming IAU/GA at Beijing is moving on smoothly, but as you shall notice from the webpage of the 2012 IAU/GA, there are not yet many Korean astronomers registered. Compared with over 70 from the US, and 40 from India, only 10 Korean registrations seems not to fit the size of the astronomical community of Korea. Considering that Korea is quite advanced and developed in astronomy, it would be helpful to encourage more Korean astronomers to participate in this important event of astronomy. Just FYI, we have postponed the deadline of early registration to March 17th, 2012, and there are still sufficient time for more Korean colleagues to get prepared and register online.
