한국천문학회 회원여러분께 "The first announcement of the 5th KJYAM " 안내문을 보내드립니다. 한국천문학회 사무과장드림 ======================================================= 제 5회 KJYAM이 2012년 2월 22일-24일 (수-금) 연세대학교에서 개최됩니다. KJYAM-JKYAM은 2006년 한국 경주에서 처음 열린 이래로 거의 매 년 한국과 일본에서 번갈아 가며 열렸으며, 이제 5회째를 맞이하여 한국에서 열리게 되었습니다. 행 사 명 : 제 5회 한-일 젊은 천문우주과학자들의 모임 (the 5th Korea-Japan Young Astronomers Meeting, the 5th KJYAM) 주 최 : 한국 젊은 천문우주과학자들의 모임 주 관 : 한국 천문학회 후 원 : 한국 천문연구원 일 시 : 2012년 2월 22일-24일 (수-금) 장 소 : 연세대학교 참가대상 : 천문학, 천체물리학, 우주과학분야의 젊은 천문우주과학자들 (대학원생, 박사후연구원 등) 홈페이지 : http://ikha.or.kr/yamkorea/kjyam2012/ 등 록 : "kjyam2012@gmail.com"으로 등록 메일 전송 (메일 형식은 아래 영문 공지 참조) 등록기한 : 2012년 1월 6일 (금) 이번 KJYAM에서는 한국과 일본의 발표자를 모두 포함하여 35명의 구두발표자를 예상하고 있으며, 참가 대상으로는 한국과 일본의 젊은 천문우주과학자들 (대학원생, 박사후연구원)이 해당됩니다. KJYAM에서 다루는 내용으로는 천문학, 천체물리학, 우주과학의 모든 분야를 포함합니다. 등록비는 10,000원이며 발표자의 식사와 숙박은 한국 젊은 천문우주과학자들의 모임 정회원의 경우 모두 제공될 예정입니다. 다만, 연세대학교에서 거주지가 가까운 경우 숙박 제공이 제외될 수도 있습니다. 숙박 및 식사 지원 여부에 대해서는 숙박+식사, 식사만, 지원없음 중 희망하는 편을 골라 표기를 해 주시면 됩니다. 한국 젊은 천문우주과학자들의 모임은 회원대상인 대학원생 및 박사후연구원이라면 누구나 가입할 수 있으며, 가입에 대한 자세한 내용은 다음 웹페이지를 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다. 정회원 가입 : http://ikha.or.kr/bbs/zboard.php?id=YAM_notice&no=17 1월 6일 정기모임 (회칙 공표 예정) : http://ikha.or.kr/bbs/zboard.php?id=YAM_notice&no=16 참가신청 기한은 2012년 1월 6일 (금) 까지 이며, 참가신청이 수용 가능한 참가인원보다 많을 경우 참가자 선별을 통하여 최종공지를 할 예정입니다. 참가자 선별에 대한 자세한 사항은 참가신청이 끝난 후에 선별여부와 공지 일자를 다시 공지하겠습니다. Dear Colleagues, We are pleased to announce that the 5th Korea-Japan Young Astronomers Meeting (KJYAM 2012) will be held at Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea, during Feb. 22 to 24, 2012. KJYAM-JKYAM have played an important role in increasing interactions between young Korean and Japanese astronomers. Also, we believe that the 5th KJYAM will be a great opportunity to create closer relation among the participants. The number of presentations is fixed to 35. We welcome applications from both graduate students and postdocs as speakers. Presentations from any topics in Astronomy, Astrophysics, or Space science are welcome. The registration fee is 10,000(KRW) and should be paid by the participants. For full members of the KYAM (Korea Young Astronomers Meeting), the meals and accommodation during the meeting will be fully supported. The KYAM is opened for every young astronomer in Korea. The deadline for the submission is 06 Jan, 2012. If the total number of applications is larger than the acceptable number, then the participants can be selected by SOC. We will announce about the selection of participants after the deadline. AS the KJYAM will be held at Yonsei University in Seoul, we expect that some of the participants will not need accommodation support.
