한국천문학회 광학천문분과와 한국 Gemini 천문대 운영팀(KGO)이 공동으로 K-GMT Science Program Survey를 실시합니다.

이 서베이는 한국천문연구원(KASI)이 운영하는 K-GMT Science Program의 전반적인 운영 현황을 점검하고, 향후 Gemini 천문대 운영참여 계약 갱신 및 정책 수립에 있어 국내 사용자(연구자) 여러분의 의견을 수렴하고자 하는 취지에서 준비되었으니, 기존에 K-GMT Science Program 활용 경험이 있거나, 아직 사용 경험이 없더라도 향후 사용 계획이 있거나 흥미를 가지고 계신 모든 분들의 많은 참여를 부탁드립니다.

설문의 1차 마감은 8월11일(화)까지이며, 1차 마감까지 접수된 설문 결과는 8월19-21일 개최될 K-GMT Science Program 사용자회의에서 공유할 예정입니다.

This survey, jointly prepared by the Optical Astronomy Division, KAS and Korea Gemini Operation Team (KGO), KASI, is designed to review the overall operation of the K-GMT Science Program run by Center for Large Telescopes (CfLAT), KASI. We aim to gather valuable feedback from the user community to help improve our operations and approach to the upcoming renewal of the partnership agreement with the Gemini Observatory.

We ask for the participation of everyone, including those who have previously used the K-GMT Science Program, as well as those who have not yet used it but plan to or are interested in using it in the future. The survey results collected by this deadline will be shared at the K-GMT Science Program Users Meeting, scheduled to be held from August 19th to 21st.
