Announcement: TIARA summer school on Astrostatistics and Big Data

Dear all, We are pleased to announce the 2017 TIARA summer school on Astrostatistics and Big Data, to be held at ASIAA on 9/4-8: http://events.asiaa.sinica.edu.tw/school/20170904/ The primary goal of the summer school is to provide an overview of the emerging field of astrostatistics in the landscape of Big Data.  We have a great lineup of lecturers, and the tentative lecture topics include fundamentals of statistics, image processing, time series analysis, machine learning methods, and visualization as applied to current and future surveys.
