2017 This year marks the 50th anniversary of the publication of the Korean Astronomical Society (JKAS) published by the Korean Astronomical Society.
Half a century ago, seeds of basic science were laid down in various difficult circumstances, and now it is a journal that publishes world-class research results.
In order to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Korean Astronomical Society and to develop a more advanced academic journal, we will hold a commemorative workshop from 2 pm on October 11, the day before the 2017 Fall Conference.
I would be grateful if you would like to attend the meeting with many scholars and let us know your opinions and opinions on the development of the Korean Astronomical Society.
