TheKIAS Quantum Universe Center invites applicants for QUC Fellow (QUC Assistant professor)positions in the field of extra-galactic astronomy and observational cosmology. (Dark energy-related observation or simulation. Large-scalestructures in the universe. Cosmological simulation)

Applicants should have a Ph.D.in astronomy or a related field, and should have demonstrated exceptionalresearch potential in their fields. The successful applicants will work withthe members of KIAS astrophysics group on analytical, observational, andnumerical studies. The research topic includes galaxy formation, large scalestructures in the universe, and high-redshift universe (http://astro.kias.re.kr/).

The initial appointment for QUC Fellow(QUC Assistant professor) is for two years with the possibility of a one-time renewal of twoadditional years, depending on the research performance and the needs of theresearch program at KIAS.
