The KIAS Quantum Universe Center invites applicantsfor QUC Fellow (QUCAssistant professor) positions in the field of extra-galactic astronomy andobservational cosmology. (Dark energy-relatedobservation or simulation. Large-scale structures in the universe. Cosmologicalsimulation)

Applicantsshould have a Ph.D. in astronomy or a related field, and should havedemonstrated exceptional research potential in their fields. The successfulapplicants will work with the members of KIAS astrophysics group on analytical,observational, and numerical studies. The research topic includes galaxyformation, large scale structures in the universe, and high-redshift universe (http://astro.kias.re.kr/).

The initial appointment for QUC Fellow(QUC Assistant professor) is for two years with thepossibility of a one-time renewal of two additional years, depending on theresearch performance and the needs of the research program at KIAS.
